Please meet Max

Max was handed over to us by his young owner who was struggling to look after Max and himself, due to very unfortunate circumstances which had left him homeless. This was a very difficult decision to make but the right one for Max.

Max is a Staffy cross. He is a very affectionate boy, with a great temperament. He loves people but he is quite bewildered by the situation he has found himself in .   Since being with us he has come on leaps and bounds, he loves meeting new people and is really enjoying getting out and about. He’s also looking a lot healthier, having put on some weight and isn’t complaining about his four meals a day!

Max does love the attention here at the rescue,  he greets you with a smile and a wagging tail.  We have found that he can be a little shy with new men but does come around quickly.   We are still accessing Max to understand the perfect match for him but are accepting applications for him now.

Max is enjoying meeting new friends here at the rescue but can’t wait to meet his furever family and have a home he can call his own!
