Poor Nova has had a really tough time of it. She came to us with severe dental issues which needed antibiotics and pain management while we scheduled a dental. She had a partial mouth extraction which involves removing all of the molars and premolars. This helped with her issues and she continued with medication but sadly it was not fully resolved and she was still in pain. She was scheduled for a full mouth extraction and thankfully this went well. Over the last month she has been healing and her mouth now has no inflammation which is incredible!

Nova is the ultimate lap cat. She is a very sensitive girl who doesn’t like loud noises or quick movements but she is so quick to trust and just wants reassurance and love.

She will need to be the only cat in the home. She wouldn’t like to live with dogs. She will need a patient, quiet home but she will give so much love and joy back. We would like a home for her that has some understanding of calicicirus (a type of cat flu) and stomatitis or a willingness to learn about these things for Nova.

We are looking for an indoor home for Nova or a home with a catio or cat-proofed garden.
