BACKGROUND AND PERSONALITY
Grace is a beautiful, sweet and loving dog who is sadly looking for a new home due to clashes with the other dog in the home.
Grace loves zoomies in the garden, watching TV and posing for photos!
If someone is upset or crying Grace will try to offer comfort by licking and pawing at them.
Grace likes to lean into you for reassurance, she is incredibly affectionate and clever.
Grace also travels well in a car and is a real water baby!

BEHAVIOUR AND MEDICAL 
Grace can be anxious of new situations and will bark at visitors to the home, however once Grace has been introduced to someone new there are no further issues.
Although Grace currently lives with another dog there have been multiple fights which have occured over food, toys or attention from the owner. Due to this we feel that Grace would be best suited to being the only dog in the home.
Grace is friendly with dogs on walks and always appears excited to greet them, however she can sometimes be a little over enthusiastic during play.
Grace can be strong on the lead and will need further assistance with this.
An experienced owner who can help build her confidence is essential.

Grace does have urinary incontinence which is easily managed with medication. She is housetrained but can have a weak bladder if she is nervous or relaxed. She will also require regular ear cleaning.

TYPE OF HOME NEEDED
Grace is not used to children so will need a home where any children, including visiting children, are aged 16+.
In the home Grace is generally clean, quiet and non destructive so we feel that she could be left alone for a couple of hours.
Grace will need to be the only dog in the home. She can chase cats and birds so is therefore not suitable to live with them.

Please note that Grace is currently on our rehome from home scheme and is therefore still with her family whilst awaiting a new home.
