Georgie
5 Aug, 2022

Georgie girl has been at the rescue centre since 2004.  She was admitted with her mum Minnie, who had been mistreated so was extremely nervous of people she didn’t know, this made it extremely difficult to find them both a home, so they became permanent residents at the centre, where Minnie felt safe, and happy. Sadly, Minnie passed away a few weeks ago and we worried that Georgie would pine. Instead it seems she has a new lease of life, and has struck up a friendship with new admittance Conker, the miniature horse.

Georgie girl is very sweet and placid, she does suffer quite badly from sweet itch, so any prospective loaner would need to be aware of this, and keep her as comfortable as possible during the summer months.

Goergie was the dutiful daughter for her mum Minnie for years, but she is now able to look for a home herself, with her own people to love her. It would be amazing if she could find a home with her new mate Conker.
