Say hi to Bunny!

Sadly, she came to our rescue after being brought to a vets to be put to sleep. Her previous owner had been struggling to cope as Bunny had apparently been attacking them and their other cats. The vets thankfully did not follow through and instead asked that the owner signed Bunny over to them as a surrender. She was then brought to us to find a loving home.

Since arriving in the rescue, Bunny has been incredibly shy and spends almost all of her time in her igloo bed.
Despite her shyness, she is actually a very sweet and loving girl. She very much acts like she is magnetised to hands and will headbutt any that come close to her.

Bunny doesn’t really like coming out of her igloo much, but with some petting and luring you can get her to stick her head out and have a look around!

Due to her past, we do not think Bunny should be rehomed to a residence with other pets so she would have to be the only cat. Her shyness also means we don’t think she’d cope well in a household with dogs or with young children. She may cope fine in a home with mature kids.

We believe Bunny has had outdoor access so she will need a home that can allow her to go outside.

As we don’t quite know her vet history, we still need to check whether she is neutered so she is not quite ready to go to a home yet but she will be soon!
