Meet Dobby

Dobby has come into our care, as his owner works long hours & they feel he needs someone who can spend more time with him & give him the attention he deserves.

All the following information has been given to us by his previous owner – we will do our own assessment on Dobby whilst he is with us.

Dobby has been around children & other dogs. He can be reactive around cats & barks at them. He can be left alone once he has settled however we have noticed in kennels that he can bark a little when we close up of an evening.

His previous owners have described him as a wonderful playful excited loving dog who would suit most environments. He deserves someone who can give him the time & attention he deserves.

Since being with us, we noticed Dobby had some matting with his coat. We have had to clip him, he is not a fan of the clippers & shouted at us a lot. We are not sure if this was just because he was uncomfortable or of he does have a dislike with regards to grooming. So a potential new owner may need to do some work getting him used to being groomed this seems to be mostly an issues with his legs & rear area.
