Hey I’m Salem!

Salem was surrendered to rescue as her previous owners were struggling to keep looking after her. The new dog and young children in the home unfortunately caused Salem to start feeling uncomfortable in her own home. She was extremely stressed and caused her to urinate excessively. However, since being in rescue, she hasn’t had any issues with inappropriate urination. We can now confidently say that her previous home environment was causing the issues she had.

She is a beautiful black cat with so much love to give. Salem loves chin scratches, treats and any kind of interaction that you can give her. For anyone who would be lucky enough to offer her a home, she would most likely spend all of her time cozy by a fire or on a nice warm lap.
