Charlie

Meet the wonderful Charlie,

He came to the rescue after being brought to a vetenary practice by a member of the public who believed he was straying. When examined, the vets found he had a microchip and the owner was contacted but they sadly never came to retrieve him.

Charlie is a very lovely cat. He is all black but with a tiny white patch of fur on his chest. He is a very nervous boy and takes a long time to explore his surroundings but despite this he loves being pet and craves affection. With time and lots of encouragement, Charlie will hopefully become more confident.

Whilst being in our care, he has been quite the shedder. He likes a good brush with both hands and with shedding brushes. He really really enjoys a good pampering!

As he has had prior outdoor access, Charlie will need to find a home where he is able to go outside.

Due to his demeanour, we think it’s best if Charlie goes to a quiet home. He may get on well with kids who are mature or older. As he is quite low in confidence, a pet free home would be best for him.

If you wish to offer Charlie a loving home, please complete the cat application form here
