Meet Aurora,
Poor Aurora was brought into a vets as a stray. She was absolute skin and bone. The vets asked us if we could help as an emergency and we were thankfully able to. She went on a refeeding plan and we monitored her kidneys as they may have been impacted by the starvation. She has made amazing progress and is a much better weight now. Her kidneys are fine and she has made an amazing recovery.
As you can imagine, she loves her food! It is the easiest way to her heart. Aurora is a very affectionate girl but does seem to keep herself reserved sometimes. She needs a consistent home environment to truly bond with her people and then we will see her beautiful personality. We can’t imagine what she went through to end up as she did.Ā
We have no history for Aurora. We think she would prefer to be an only cat, she could live with children 10+ who would know to give her space and she wouldn’t like to live with a dog.Ā
If you think you would like to offer her a loving home, please completeĀ the cat application form hereĀ
