Hi, i’m Kiki (was Kiara)

I was brought into rescue by my owners who could no longer cope with my allergies, after four years of trying to manage them.

My allergies are severe, and are food related, and environmental, and seasonal.

I am on strong medication to try to control my allergies, but sometimes I still have flare ups, which will unfortunately happen throughout my life.

I will never be cured, I will need very careful management for life, which includes expensive medication, and regular vet visits for reviews and medication adjustments.

I also need things like air purifiers, and in winter dehumidifiers, to keep my environment as comfortable as possible.

I am currently in long term foster, so that I can be closely monitored by the vet team.

My fosterer says I am the most beautiful natured cat they have ever met.

I am definitely a lady of leisure, and as I am a beautiful persian, and because of my allergies, I do need to be a house cat.

I became very stressed in my previous home, by the other cat, and the dog, so would not want to live with any other animals. I would also prefer not to live with young children, older sensible children, or adults only would be perfect.

I am not available for adoption just yet, as the staff and vet team are still monitoring my progress to make sure that it is maintained. if you are interested in me, then please keep an eye out on here and on Facebook for when I am ready to find my furrever home.
