It is estimated that 1.1 million pets are homeless across the UK. All rescues are under immense pressure as the need continually increases. It is heartbreaking
- Most grant funders excluded animal rescue providers from applying for aid.
- The Government doesn’t fund aid for animals needing rescue services.
- Government Policies and resources are not sufficient to prevent or address this growing crisis.
We find ourselves in an unprecedented pet overpopulation crisis, with more animals surrendered and abandoned, the pressure for rescue space is immense. It is down to us to take action!
