Cat Adoption Application Form

Please complete all sections of this form.  We cannot guarantee a response to forms that are not fully completed.

We will contact you if we think you are a match for your chosen cat(s), or we can match you with another cat.  We will arrange an appointment for you and your family to visit the rescue. This does not guarantee you will be a suitable match for the cat, cats often choose their owner rather than the other way around and we must respect this.

We will do our best to contact you if you are not successful but we cannot guarantee this due to the volume of applications we may have.

If we do not find a suitable cat at the time of your application, we will keep your application on file and be in touch should a suitable cat become available.  Please let us know if you do not wish to stay on file.

Please note: If you rent your property, we will need written permission from your landlord that you are able to have cat/s. Please send this as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days.  We cannot rehome the cat until we have this.
