Kitten Adoption Application Form

Please complete all sections of this form.  We cannot guarantee a response to forms that are not fully completed.

We will contact you if we are able to match you to a kitten/s. We will let you know when we have kittens ready to be adopted and ask you and your family to visit the rescue.

If we do not contact, please be assured that we will keep your application form on file and be in touch in the future should there be a suitable match. Please do let us know if you no longer wish to stay on file. All applications forms will be kept on file for a minimum of three months

Please note: If you rent your property, we will need written permission from your landlord that you are able to have cats. Please send this to cattery@freshfields.org.uk as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days.  We cannot rehome the kitten until we have this.
