Toots and Sooty

Sooty and Toots are siblings who were admitted after their owner sadly passed away. They are extremely close, we often find them cuddled up together as in the pic below, so they need to stay together.
They are between 8 + 10 years old, on admittance Sooty ( black) was a little underweight and his coat was a little scabby and rough, he does have a flea allergy so his new owners would need to keep on top of his de-flea routing, he is now a healthy weight with a shiny coat and is very friendly and loves his food !! Toots ( tabby) is a much larger cat, extremely sociable and outgoing, he is a clever boy, who had learnt how to open the fridge in his home, (as well as the door to his space at the centre), and also likes to scratch his claws so adopters would need to bear this in mind !! Toots also had very crusty ears on admittance, and was put on medication for this, it has improved and he is no longer suffering or scratching at them. We would love if they had the choice on whether they want to venture outdoors, as they had in their old home, however, we have found they haven’t shown any interest in their outdoor space at the centre, preferring their home comforts over the colder weather!!
If you are wanting a pair of very friendly, older cats, who will offer you friendship and company, then you need Toots and Sooty in your life , they are a gorgeous pair who have sadly struggled with the loss of their owner.
