Billy Bob

Billy Bob was rehomed from us back in 2016 but has sadly found himself back here due to the recent addition of a grandchild.

Billy Bob is a very sweet and affectionate boy who loves people, his tail is always wagging at the prospect of meeting a new friend!
He is ball mad and is at his happiest with a ball in his mouth!
He was clean and non-destructive in his last home and has also proven to be spotlessly clean here at the rescue too! Billy Bob does not live in a kennel here, instead he has his own room. However he does struggle being confined and can become upset. Due to this we feel he would be best suited to a home where someone is around for most of the day. When he has company he is such a calm, placid boy who will happily spend the day snoozing on the sofa!

Billy Bob can be reactive towards other dogs and will need to be the only pet in the home. However if he is on a walk and is occupied with his ball he will happily ignore other dogs. When there aren't any dogs to distract him Billy Bob is a dream to walk on the lead.
He does not like cats and cannot be housed next door to a cat as he will try his best to get to them! He will need a secure home as he will take himself on an adventure if a door is left open and he has been known to jump high in the past so his new home must ideally have fencing of at least 6ft. However Billy Bob has never shown any Houdini behaviour whilst he has been with us and is generally a very well behaved boy.
Billy Bob spends a lot of time in our office area as he becomes upset when he locked away in his room, it breaks our hearts to have to leave him as all he wants to do is be with you.

We are looking for a home for Billy Bob free from young children and without any visiting children as he has never been around them. We feel he would be fine to live with teenagers. We are desperate to find Billy Bob a second chance at happiness, he is a beautiful boy and will make a very faithful, devoted companion.
